There are a few simple steps: pick a frame size, select a background, frame, and passepartout. What does passepartout mean?

Process
When I start your portrait, I will notify you by email, usually within 60 minutes. During this time, you can make changes to your order or cancel it; however, once I begin drawing, no changes can be made. When the portrait is ready, you will have the opportunity to request two small changes or improvements. I am confident that you won't need to use this option! You can trust me! I have painted over 500 portraits in my art career.
Delivery
Depending on your selected option (framed or rolled), I will send the portrait with extra care to ensure it doesn’t get damaged on its way to you. You can check the shipping policy here.

1. Can I have more than one person in a portrait?
Yes! You can have up to 4 subjects in the portrait, but if you would like to have more, you can fill out this form.
2. How long will it take to get my portrait?
The duration of work is 3-10 days, depending on the size. It will arrive within about five business days after shipping if you live in Greece, or a little bit longer, depending on your location.
3. What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping is FREE for Greece. For other locations, the shipping cost is determined by your location and the chosen delivery method. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before confirming your purchase.
